What grade is the hair?

Becoming Hair Collection offers the highest quality of hair, which is 10A.

How long does the hair last?

With the proper maintenance and care, our unprocessed virgin cuticle aligned human hair extensions generally last 12-18 months.

Can I make changes to my order?

At Becoming Hair Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. You can make changes to your order within 24 hours after placing your order by contacting our customer service email (becominghaircollection@gmail.com). Please include your full name and order number in the email.

Can I refund and/or exchange my order?

All orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges unless it is a mistake on our end.

How many ounces/grams is each bundle?

Each bundle is 3.5-3.7 ounces (100g).

Is each bundle true to length?

Yes, each bundle is true to length. Wavy and curly textures are measured to stretch.

What type of hair do you carry?

We offer 100% Virgin cuticle aligned Mink Brazilian hair.

Does Becoming Hair extensions shed?

All hair is tightly double weft stitched, so you will experience minimum to no shedding.

Can Becoming Hair extensions be colored and/or bleached?

Yes, the hair is 100% virgin human hair and can be both bleached and colored.

How many bundles do I need for installation ?

Normally, 3 bundles are enough for a full head. At most 4 bundles is enough for a fuller look. You can always use the leftover hair later. If you are using bundles 18” or longer, I recommend 4 bundles. However, it is best to consult with your stylist first.

How long is the shipping process?

Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipping takes between 3-5 business days.
